1. The game and these terms

The operator identified on this page provides the game. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive right to use it for entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. Ownership of the game software, artwork and brand is not transferred to you.

Features differ by platform, country and release. A roadmap describes intentions and experiments; it is not a promise of a release date or an offer to buy a future feature.

2. Eligibility

Use the game only if you can validly agree to these terms under the law where you live. Where parental or guardian permission is required, obtain it before creating an account, sharing information or making a purchase. Do not bypass age or platform restrictions.

3. Guests, accounts and sign-in

Guest progress depends on browser storage and can be lost when that storage is cleared or a different device is used. A signed-in account supports server synchronisation. Keep credentials secure and only link sign-in methods that you control.

Telegram and other enabled sign-in providers can be linked to the same game account. Linking a provider is not a transfer between two existing accounts. Do not sell accounts, impersonate another person or give others access to an account that is not yours.

4. Fair play

Do not exploit bugs, falsify discoveries, advertising completions or payments, manipulate rankings, use unauthorised automation to gain an advantage, overload the service or access other players’ data. Report reproducible errors without exploiting them.

The operator may correct invalid progress or restrict access when necessary to investigate abuse or protect the game. Restrictions should be proportionate. You may contact support to question a decision. Mandatory rights and permitted security research remain unaffected.

5. Public discoveries and sharing

Your chosen public name, rankings, achievements and first-discovery attribution may appear in World Pulse and public game pages. A link or image you choose to share can be viewed and copied by others. Do not use private information as a public name or upload material that infringes another person’s rights.

You keep any rights you have in material you submit. To the extent needed to operate the enabled sharing feature, you permit the operator to store, display and distribute that material. This permission does not grant unrelated advertising rights. Future creator tools or trading may require separate terms before use.

6. AI-assisted content

Some content is prepared with AI assistance and reviewed before it becomes available. An opening animation does not mean a model generates that item live during your move. Game descriptions and World Pulse stories are entertainment; they are not factual, medical or other professional advice.

Discovery attribution records an in-game event. It does not grant exclusive intellectual property rights to an idea, recipe or generated image.

7. Advertising and hints

Rewarded advertising is optional. The game displays the offered reward and checks whether a eligible hint is available. A reward is granted only after the required completion and verification conditions are met; closing an advertisement or a failed verification may not qualify.

Advertising availability varies. A hint reveals a permitted recipe; it does not automatically award the resulting element. Third-party advertisements and destinations are controlled by their providers. Test advertisements are identified as tests.

8. Digital purchases

Before a purchase, check the displayed item, price, currency, account and platform conditions. Purchase access is issued after payment confirmation. For Telegram purchases the invoice may use Telegram Stars. A second payment should not be made merely because confirmation is delayed; contact support with the order reference.

Digital items provide the described in-game access or use. They are not deposits, investments or a promise of cash value. Availability of a future marketplace does not create a right to trade current items.

Refunds, cancellation rights, faulty-content remedies and payment disputes follow applicable law and the relevant payment platform’s rules. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Where immediate supply affects a withdrawal right, any required consent and acknowledgement must be requested separately before supply.

9. Updates and availability

Maintenance, errors and network interruptions can affect access. The operator may update content and balance to maintain the game, but will respect mandatory rights relating to purchased content. Keep account recovery options current; uninterrupted access and perfect compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

Material changes to these terms must be communicated with a new version and an effective date. Where the law requires consent or notice, the operator must obtain it or provide it. Closing the game ends your current use, not an outstanding statutory claim.

10. Responsibility and disputes

Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights for defective digital content, fraud or intentional misconduct. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Contact support first with the relevant account or order reference, without sending passwords or login codes. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and access to competent courts or regulators remain available. The operator’s country alone does not remove protections in your country of residence.
